        The UniCAM module, dedicated to the turning, has geometrical and technological resources with the capacity of solving any problem concerning manufacturing processes in CNC machines. Roughing machining cycles, contouring, finishing, channeling and threading operation, drilling, reamer and male operation, milling and drilling with the use of machine tools are easily performed by the system.

        The UniCAM recognizes areas where the tools can not penetrate and automatically updates the unfinished profile, indicating the material that should be removed with another tool. It calculates the tool radius automatic compensation in any travel and permits the definition of constant and variable metal excess on any profile element. It also permits the machining of casting and forged parts, optimizing the tool travel in function of the part geometry.        The roughing machining or finishing on any geometry with mortise chisels, that permit to cut in both directions, are easily programmed with the UniCAM.
