Solutions to Laser, Plasma, Oxyacetylene-Cutting and Water-Jet.

        The Laser, Plasma, Oxyacetylene-Cutting and Water-Jet cut module is integrated to the UniCAM geometrical generation module with specific technological functions, such as deceleration in sharp corners and concordances, time to light and extinguish the flame, penetration programmed time, entrance position and possibility of marking, on the parts to be cut, the design and position where other parts will be welded or bent.

        The nesting function is an extension of the UniCAM geometrical potentialities, that permits to solve, simply, the problem of part distribution. The system permits to define an offset and controls the collision among the various parts, preventing the superposition. During the distribution, the parts can be grouped, rotated, mirrored, repeated, etc.
    Another powerful resource to obtain the profile rapidly is the “Profile Database”. The user can memorize any profile, indicating a reference point, the database name and the profile identification name. At any time he can use it in another program, altering, if necessary, the scale, angle, position and symmetry.
